The Early Years Special Needs Paperwork is designed for use by all early years practitioners in maintained and non-maintained settings.
All early years providers are required to have arrangements in place to support children with SEN or disabilities and to promote equality of opportunity for children in their care. (SEND Code Of Practice 0 – 25 p 81 p5.12)
