The Information Hub is a drop in service based at the Stepping Stones Centre, Malinslee, available to all families of disabled children and young people across Telford and Wrekin.

This is a free service and helps families to access information regarding all aspects of disabilities for children and young people.

The Hub contains leaflets, manuals, journals, posters all about the following area’s for Disabled Children and Young People:

Benefits
Charities
Disabilities
Early Support journals
Education
Funds

Health
Mobility
Parenting
Support services
Telford and Wrekin Support services
Transition

Appointments can be made to meet at the Information Hub with the Information Officer to discuss and talk through any information.

The Information Hub has an accessible web connection that can be used to search for services or information relevant to your needs.
